Your free Pro account

Approved partners get Pro for their own organisation, free, for up to 30 people, while the partnership is active. Use it to run The GAiGE internally, demo it to clients with real data, and know the product you're recommending.

How it's grantedLink to this section

When we approve your application, we look for an organisation you own under your GAiGE account:

  • If you own an organisation that doesn't have a paid subscription, it's switched to the Pro plan with a 30-person cap, free of charge. No card, no trial countdown.
  • If your organisation already has a paid subscription, we don't touch your billing. We'll be in touch to sort out the free account manually.
  • If you don't have an organisation yet, set one up and contact us. The comp isn't applied automatically after approval.

Settings → Manage plan shows "Partner plan. The GAiGE Pro, complimentary for up to 30 people while your partnership is active." in place of the trial countdown and upgrade prompts.

The 30-person capLink to this section

The free account covers up to 30 people. Adding a 31st is refused, with a message saying why. If your own team grows past 30, talk to us, and we'll work something out with you.

If the partnership endsLink to this section

If your partnership ends (for example, it's suspended), you keep everything in Pro, free, for 30 days from the change:

  • After those 30 days, your organisation stops, the same way a trial does when it ends: nobody can use The GAiGE until an Owner chooses a plan. We keep the data for 90 days, and if an Owner chooses a plan in that time, you pick up where you left off. How billing works covers this in detail.
  • Subscribing normally at any point keeps your organisation running independently of partner status.

We'll email you about any change to your partnership.
