How we look after your data

Where your organisation's records are kept, how they're protected, how anonymous pulses work, and what the browser extension checks.

Where your data is storedLink to this section

Your organisation's records are stored in Australia, in our database on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Sydney.

Some of the services we use handle data outside Australia, including sign-in (Clerk), email delivery and the AI features (Anthropic).

Our privacy policy lists each company that handles personal information for us, and where each one operates.

Each person can download their own data from their AI Adoption Portal.

What data we collect: for Owners and Admins

Encrypted in transit and at restLink to this section

Connections to The GAiGE use HTTPS, and our database and file storage are encrypted.

Anonymous and identifiable pulsesLink to this section

Each pulse is anonymous or identifiable, set before it runs.

We tell your people: "When a pulse is anonymous, your name isn't shown with your answers to anyone, admins included."

Each figure from an anonymous pulse needs five answers or more. Owners and Admins can read single answers to an anonymous pulse, without names.

In a small group, or from something written in a comment, someone may still be able to work out whose answer it is.

Identifiable pulses say so before anyone starts, and show each person's name with their answers.

Who sees my answers?

The browser extensionLink to this section

The extension checks each page's address on the person's device; the address never leaves it.

That's how it can show your organisation's decision the first time someone opens an AI tool you've decided on.
