About

AI adoption takes more than technology.

The GAiGE is the flagship product of AiGILE, an Australian consultancy helping mid-sized businesses get real results from their AI investment. Across Strategy, Technology, and People.

Our thesis

AI adoption fails when it's treated as a technology project.

Most AI rollouts start (and end) as a tech decision. Buy the licences, flick the switches, write a vendor-sponsored blog post, hope for the best. Twelve months later the ROI conversation is awkward, the champions have moved on, and the tools either quietly renew or quietly die.

Lasting AI adoption needs three things, and it needs all of them: a clear strategy (what we're trying to achieve, what we're not); the right technology (matched to actual workflows, not vendor demos); and the right approach with our people (training, change management, continuous feedback loops).

And it has to be continuous. The AI landscape shifts every few months. Plans made in January are stale by July. That's why we don't treat adoption as a project. We treat it as a cycle.

Plan, do, measure, review, back to plan.

What AiGILE does

Three pillars of AI adoption.

Strategy.

Health checks, planning, governance, compliance, measurement. Getting clear on where AI fits, and where it doesn't.

Technology.

Tool selection, data strategy, agents and automation, custom development. The right pieces, wired together properly.

People.

Policies, training, change management, leadership coaching. Because the best tool in the world dies without the people around it.

Why we built The GAiGE

The gap we kept running into.

Six months into an AiGILE engagement, customers kept asking variations of the same question: "Is this AI investment actually working?"

We'd look at vendor dashboards (usage, not outcomes). We'd run team interviews (snapshots, not trends). We'd pull numbers into spreadsheets (laborious, not continuous). Every time the answer was a lot of shrugs and directional hunches. Not an answer we'd be comfortable putting in a board paper.

So we built the product we kept wishing existed. A simple measurement layer that sits quietly in the browser, asks the people actually using the tools via lightweight randomised pulses, aggregates anonymously, and produces a number you can defend. That's The GAiGE.

The name comes from GAuGE, as in "to measure", and the "ai" in the middle. If you work it out in one go, you win.

Who we're for

Mid-sized businesses who want to do this properly.

The GAiGE fits if…

  • You have 30+ people using AI tools day-to-day.
  • You're past the experimental stage and into real rollout.
  • Leadership is starting to ask about ROI.
  • You'd rather measure than hope for the best.

AiGILE consulting fits if…

  • You want help with the Strategy, Technology, or People pieces.
  • You want a health check before you commit to a direction.
  • You need governance or compliance support.
  • You want a real partner, not a body-shop.

Let's do this properly.
