The GAiGE is AI governance software for your whole organisation. It finds out which AI tools your people use, helps your leaders agree a position on AI, proposes AI policies from your people's answers and shows who has read them. With Pro, you also see what each tool is worth.

Most organisations can't yet say which of their AI tools make a difference, who uses them, or whether they're worth the money.
The GAiGE asks your people in two ways: The AI State of Play, a survey asked once by email, so everyone can say which AI tools they use and what for (it takes under 10 minutes), then pulses, short surveys that repeat on a schedule, starting with the AI Pulse, about thirty seconds each time. Anyone can answer a pulse in their AI Adoption Portal, and with the browser extension (highly recommended) a pulse can also appear on the website the person has open when it's due.
How it worksLink to this section
The order is the one in Quick start: your first session. The first three stages are Governance set-up, under Governance in the menu, and the fourth is Measurement's own set-up, under Measurement → How it works. The dashboard shows the next step from both.
- Your first session. Check the organisation's details, add and organise your people, and send The AI State of Play.
- While The AI State of Play runs. Get the extension installed, start your AI tools register, add your existing AI policy and check for automated decisions. The leadership team can agree its position now, or once the answers are in.
- Once the answers are in. Decide on each tool, agree the organisation-wide policies, check and publish Our AI policies, brief the team, then download the How We Use AI Report.
- Measurement set-up. Once the extension's rollout has started, choose who is asked about each tool and start the AI Pulse. With Pro, you also set an hourly rate, at any time, and see what each tool is worth.

- Dashboard: where things stand and what to do next. It starts as a checklist of the set-up steps, then shows what needs you, with a recommendation where there's a choice to make, and how it's going: policies read, tools decided, the response rate across the pulses from the first one that runs (its figure shows once five different people have answered) and, once five people have answered the AI Pulse, hours saved and satisfaction.
- Reports: the detail. Filter by tool, group or period, read the comments people left, and, on Pro, compare with earlier periods.
