An organisation can set up and run The GAiGE on its own, and this help centre covers how. Some of the work still goes better with someone alongside who has done it before, mostly the parts that are about people and decisions rather than settings.
When it's worth havingLink to this section
Outside help is worth considering at five points.
- Setting up. Deciding which tools to measure first, how to group people, and what the organisation most needs to find out (Quick start: your first session is the order we suggest).
- Running the leadership conversation. Agreeing the organisation's position on risk, pace, who decides and what AI is for, especially when leaders start with different positions.
- Rolling out the extension. The note to staff, the IT side, and the follow-up that gets people from installed to answering (Rolling out the browser extension to your team).
- Reading the reports. Turning results, such as The AI State of Play's, into decisions the leadership team can defend, and knowing which numbers are still too early to act on.
- Planning what comes next. What to keep, change or stop once the first results are in, and when to measure again.

For anything about the product itself, start here. This help centre covers setting up, pulses, reports, the browser extension, billing and privacy. When an article doesn't cover your question, ask us, and we reply within one working day.
Working with someone directlyLink to this section
The GAiGE is built by AiGILE, which also works with organisations directly on AI adoption, at each of the points above. AiGILE is at aigile.biz.
The organisation can equally work with any adviser it trusts. The help centre is public, so whoever you bring in can read the same articles you have and start with the same information.
