Plans compared: Standard, Pro and Enterprise

The GAiGE comes in three plans, each with everything in the one before. With Standard, you can see what your people are using, agree the policies on it, and check whether the approved tools are used and help. With Pro, you can also see what each tool is worth, and what to do next. With Enterprise, you get everything in Pro, plus the security and integration work a larger organisation needs. You can switch between them at any time.

Every free trial starts on Pro, so you can see the whole product before you decide. An Owner can switch the trial to Standard, and back, at no charge, and the trial's end date stays the same. See Changing your plan or seats for how that works.

A few things common to every plan#Link to this section

• Free trial, up to 30 days, starting on Pro. Everything in Pro, the AI Impact Report among it, and an Owner can switch the trial to Standard at any point. No credit card needed. A trial includes up to 200 people.
• Priced in bands. You pay one price for a band of people, such as up to 30 or up to 50, so adding a person moves you to the next band rather than adding a charge per person.
• Monthly or yearly. Yearly billing gives you 3 months free (25% off the equivalent monthly cost).
• Currencies. Prices are in AUD, USD, GBP or EUR and shown ex GST; GST is added for organisations in Australia.
• Anonymity, set per pulse. Each pulse is anonymous or identifiable, and you set that before it runs. Anonymous answers show in reports without names, and each figure from them needs answers from at least five people. On every plan.

Standard#Link to this section

With Standard, you get the governance journey, start to finish. Agree the leadership team's position on seven AI decisions with the Leadership Position tool, ask everyone what is actually in use with The AI State of Play, and build the register from what comes back: unlimited AI tools, each with its vendor facts, its owner, the kinds of information it handles and its renewal date. Agree the policies, record the risks and opportunities the answers raise, and tell everyone what was decided, in messages drafted for you. Staff read the AI policies on the web, as a PDF and in the browser extension (highly recommended), which also shows the decision on each AI tool on the tool's own website. General Feedback and the requests, incidents and finds channel bring things back the other way, unanswered questions show what staff ask that no policy covers, and ongoing reviews keep decisions, renewals and findings from going stale. The AI Pulse asks, tool by tool, 3 times a week by default, whether each tool was used, how much time it saved and how well it performed; The AI Review is the deeper keep-or-drop retrospective, and The AI Capability Check shows where the learning need sits. The How We Use AI Report is the dated PDF a client questionnaire asks for.

Also included: Group Leaders so team leads see their own groups, CSV export, the weekly admin digest and 12 months of pulse results history.

Best fit: organisations that have to show what AI is in use, who owns it, and what the policies are.

Pro#Link to this section

With Pro, you also get what each tool is worth: ROI by tool from your hourly rate. The rest of the pulse library, and custom pulses with branching if you want to ask something of your own. The AI Impact Report as a branded PDF, comparison views (this period against last), smart insights, and unlimited pulse results history. The roadmap, where an opportunity becomes an initiative, champions, with a team view for leaders, and a weekly email summary for each Group Leader covering the groups they lead.

Best fit: organisations rolling AI out and wanting to know, tool by tool, what each one is worth.

Enterprise#Link to this section

Everything in Pro, plus a dedicated customer success manager, priority support with a service level and onboarding sessions for your team.

Single sign-on (SAML, OIDC), HR system integrations, Slack and Microsoft Teams, an API, your own domain and branding, a dedicated environment and your own contract terms (MSA, DPA) are optional. Tell us which ones your organisation needs.

Best fit: organisations of 500+ with security review processes, or where you want The GAiGE to feel like an extension of your own systems.

Already on Lite?#Link to this section

Lite was retired from sale in June 2026. If your organisation is already on Lite, nothing changes: you keep your plan, your features and your pricing for as long as you stay on it. The AI Pulse is kept for the Lite organisations already running it, so a pulse that is running now keeps running.

Changing plan works the same way it always has: with Standard, you also get the register, the policies, the How We Use AI Report and the three core pulses, and with Pro, you get ROI by tool, the pulse library and the AI Impact Report on top of them.

Your trial starts on Pro, so you get 30 days with the whole product before you have to choose, and you can switch it to Standard to see that plan on its own. If the register, the policies, the How We Use AI Report and the three core pulses are the parts you keep coming back to, you'll have what you need with Standard. If it is ROI by tool, the AI Impact Report and the comparisons, choose Pro.
