Partner program

Partner terms.

The full commercial terms of The GAiGE partner program. This is the document you agree to when you tick the box on the application form.

Agreement version v2-2026-06

Commission.

We pay you 25% of net revenue on each attributed subscription, every month, for 12 months from the customer's subscription start date.

Net revenue means what the customer actually pays us after any discounts (including your own promo codes), refunds, and payment processing adjustments. If a client redeems your 20% code, your commission is 25% of the discounted amount for those months, then 25% of the full amount once the discount ends.

Attribution.

A subscription is attributed to you when the client signs up through your tracking URL, or redeems one of your promo codes at checkout.

Attribution is stamped on the Stripe subscription and visible in your partner portal. One partner per customer: the first valid attribution stands, and we never reassign it.

Promo codes.

You get a selection of promo codes at different discount levels, each giving the client a discount on their first three months on a monthly plan. Use whichever fits the deal; your exact codes are in your Partner hub. You still earn commission on the discounted revenue. Annual plans take our public launch offer instead, and you still earn through your tracking link.

Payouts.

We send a commission statement by email every month, and pay within 14 days of the statement by bank transfer or Wise.

The minimum payout is $50. If your accrued commission is below that in a given month, it carries forward and pays out once the balance crosses the threshold. Nothing is forfeited.

Onboarding delivery.

Partners deliver guided onboarding to their own clients and keep 100% of what they charge for it, invoicing clients directly. We are not a party to that engagement and take no cut.

Exclusivity.

The program is non-exclusive, in both directions. You can partner with other tools; we work with other partners. We don't expect otherwise.

Termination and suspension.

Either side can end the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Email counts. We can also suspend a partnership where terms are breached.

Commissions on subscriptions attributed before termination continue through their full 12-month tail. Ending the agreement stops new attributions, not money you've already earned.

If a partnership is suspended or ended, you keep earning commission on every subscription attributed before that point, for the remainder of each subscription's 12-month attribution window. No new attributions accrue while you're suspended or after termination.

Data and privacy.

To pay your commissions we collect the business and financial details we need to run a transfer: your business name and address, your ABN or tax ID, the name on your bank account, and the account details that apply to you (BSB and account number for Australian accounts, or IBAN, SWIFT/BIC and routing details for accounts elsewhere).

Bank account numbers and IBANs are encrypted at rest. Even to our own team they only ever appear in masked form (the last four digits), so the full number is never on screen after you save it.

We use this data solely to pay your commissions and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. We don't sell it or use it for anything else.

For how we handle personal data more broadly, including your rights to access, correct, or delete it, see our main Privacy Policy (linked below).

How this agreement is accepted.

You accept these terms by ticking the agreement box on the application form. We record the time of acceptance, the agreement version (v2-2026-06), and the IP address it came from. No signing ceremony, no countersigned PDF.

If we change these terms, we'll publish a new version here and tell you by email before it applies to you.

For how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.

Questions about any of this? Ask us before you apply. We'd rather you knew exactly what you're agreeing to.
